Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will not be accepted unless you are returning said item due to a mistake on my end.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me by email if any issues arise. (You received the wrong item/size, the item is defective, or damaged.) I will evaluate the issue and ensure that you are taken care of to the best of my abilities.

I MUST be notified of any issues within 3 days of your delivered package. The item must unwashed with no signs of wear or the return will not be accepted or replaced.

A return label will be sent directly to the email that I have on file. The new return tracking MUST update within 5 days of the return label being created or return/replacement will be forfeited. 

If you have returned an item due to a mistake on my end, I will notify you once it has been received and inspected. If your refund is approved, the refund will automatically go back onto the original payment method that was used.

Each customer is responsible for making sure that their shipping address is correct BEFORE submitting the order. In the event that a package is returned to me as undeliverable, the customer must pay for the shipping to have it resent to the correct address. 

 I am not responsible for or able to make address changes AFTER the package has already shipped. If you made a mistake on your packages shipping information and are unable to retrieve your package, YOU must file a claim with USPS.
